The Indianola boys swimming team has turned in some top performances to begin their season, having placed first in all of their tournaments and picking up a conference win over Newton. The Indians are currently ranked 13th in the state, with individuals also being in the top 20 in their times. Nathan Pollard has the 8th best time in the 100 Breaststroke and 10th best time in the 100 Butterfly, Matt Coffelt has the 20th best time in the 500 Freestyle and the 19th best time in the 100 Backstroke, while the team has the 15th best time in the 200 and 400 Freestyle Relays, and the 12th best time in the 200 Medley Relay. The Indians are back in action January 4th hosting Southeast Polk.
