Summer athletic camps are a fun way for students to learn new sports, improve athletic skills, and make friends. Dedicated coaches and Indianola varsity student-athletes create an inspiring, supportive environment for campers.

Indianola Volleyball Camp
3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Grade Camp
Wednesday-Friday – July 5, 6, 7 and Monday, July 10th- 2017
starts at 8 am and ends at 9:30 am

The Indianola Indians Volleyball Coaching Staff will be holding a
volleyball camp for girls in grades 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th (2016-17). The camp will be in the Indianola High School North Gym.
We will begin each day at 8 am and end at 9:30 am.
Total cost for the four days will be $35.

The camp will be led by the Indianola High School Coaching staff and members of the Indianola High School Volleyball team.
Prizes will be awarded daily and all campers will receive a camp T-Shirt.

INDIANOLA BOYS BASKETBALL CAMP
The Indianola Boys Basketball program will be offering a summer basketball camp for all boys entering grades 3rd-8th.
This camp will be run by the Indianola High School coaching staff and basketball team and will emphasize proper techniques to create an environment for fun, learning, and development through the game of basketball.

Who: For boys basketball players entering 3rd-5th grade

David Nurse has coached 100+ NCAA and NBA players, and traveled to 25 countries as well. Most recently shooting coach for the Brooklyn Nets and currently the shooting instructor for the UCLA Bruins.

Indianola Girls Basketball Camp
June 6, 7, 8

The Indianola Indians Girls Basketball Coaching Staff will be holding a basketball camp for girls in grades 2 through 8 (2017-18). The camp will be held in the Blake Field house. We will begin each day at 1 PM and end at 3 PM. Total cost for the three days will be $50.

The camp will be led by Head Coach Bert Hanson, Assistant Coach Ken Beane, Assistant Coach Morgan Terpstra, Assistant Coach Dave Metz, Assistant Coach Doug McAnelly and members of the Indianola High School girl’s basketball team both past and present. There will be instruction in the areas of shooting, passing, and ball handling. Skill development and fundamentals will be emphasized as well as team competition and fun playing the great game of basketball. Prizes will be awarded each day and all campers will receive a camp T-shirt.

This camp is open to ALL girls in grades two through eight(school year 2017-18). We welcome girls of any skill level from advanced to beginning. The purpose of this camp is to help girls enjoy the game, have some fun and advance their abilities. We look forward to seeing you on June 6.

CAMP FEE
The cost for each participant in the Indianola Football Camp for grades 7-8 (2017-2018
school year) is $55. Participants in grades 9-12
(2017-2018 school year) is $65. All camp registrations must be received by July 27 to guarantee a camp T-shirt.

IHS GIRLS SOCCER PREP CAMP!

Camp Information: We are excited to have you join us for camp! It is going to be a great way to get a

sense of what high school soccer is all about, as well as get to know the coaching staff! We are just as

excited to get to know you and begin to do our part to help your soccer development!

The High School Prep camp is scheduled to run Monday-Friday from 5:15-6:45 on the Indianola Turf

Field. We will be following track practice so when you arrive please be respectful and stay out of the

facility until you are told it is clear to enter. Please be early and prepared with cleats, shin guards,

soccer socks, water, and anything else you might personally need. We will provide size 5 soccer balls

to use, but you may bring your own if you wish.

Weather in March can be unpredictable. Please dress in layers that are easy to shed or put back on as

the temperature fluctuates. It is better to overdress then under prepare and be cold. If the weather is

so poor that we are not able to be outside, we have time reserved in the Middle School Fieldhouse. We

will not know our time slot until the day of. Your contact information is pertinent to help

communicate any changes. If for some reason we are not able to be on the turf or indoors then we will

cancel that day and will not make it up.

The goal is to have T-shirts available at the start of camp. If your registration comes in closer to the

camps start day there is a chance that your shirt will need to be mailed at the conclusion of camp.

All payments are non-refundable. The only instance in which refunds will be honored is if we do not

have enough athletes registered and are forced to cancel the camp. I do not foresee this as a likely

possibility.

Please return this form with Payment to the Middle School Main Office or High School Athletic Office

as soon as possible. I will pick forms up each week and confirm your registration via email.
